This is the "Call to Action" with the first games of the 2018 New Year Semester to be played on Tuesday, 30 January.

The Semester is being supported by Masonic Village Trust for which the Club is most grateful.

We have "upped the act" a little and have made our first move into the digital age. Community and Mates in Bowls communications, registration, etc will from now be conducted through the Webpage to be found here.

So, what I would like you all to do, is to complete the Form with your team's details and Submit. This should quicken up processing on the night.

As always we are on the look out for a few more teams. If you know of anyone who might like to be included please point them towards the webpage. 

The Semester will include for the first time a "competition within the competition" for Tradies teams. HBC Club Member Murray Brockelsby has unearthed (and polished up) the "A C Brockelsby --- A W Treseder Bowling Cup  presented To Winners of Annual Tournament H.V.M Builders -- V-- H.V.M. Plumbers". Rather than allow it to continue to collect Verdigris we thought it might be a good move to recognise and reward the niggle that has been developing between a few of our "working class" teams. Look at it this way - reward the "dickers" , shame the "dicked".
